"When i reached the place at night in dubai with my children, they said they don't have any booking for me. After hours of back and forth with expedia, someone from staycae finally contacted me saying they have a booking from me but it was a last minute booking. I had booked this palce 6 months prior. "The hotel is in a good location, close to the metro station, bus stop, many restaurants and convince stores around and walking distance to the Mall of Emirates. The area feels safe. The apartments are of a good size, I liked the layout of the one we were staying, which was 1 bedroom apartment. I agree with other reviews about need of an upgrade. The furniture, bathrooms and floors are outdated. A renovation is scheduled since April 2024 until the end of the year. With a good upgrade, that would...

"Great hotel with very nice rooms and a great atmosphere. There are two restaurants where Maison Mathis is superb. Especially good when you want to avoid transport for hours in the city"
