"The room right beside ours had children that were unsupervised. Very loud game was going screaming yelling could not sleep. I had a dog. The dog was barking at these kids screaming very disruptive. Did call down and tell whoever was at the desk. They said they would call them, but the noise continued Said I wanted another room, but they said they were full."

"This was my first time staying at a Hampton Inn and at this location (Towson,MD). The front desk ladies were very pleasant and helpful and made my check-in a breeze(thank you). Also, though I didn’t use the valet service, the young men were very professional and helpful as well! I booked a “corner” king bed room Saturday through Monday and the cleanliness was impeccable! "I had an early flight and decided to stay at a hotel near the airport and take the 4:30 am shuttle. I was pleased with my choice of the Wingate at BWI. The room was comfortable and the shuttle driver was very pleasant. Check-in and check-out were quick. My only concern was that the internet did not work in my room, but as soon as I stepped in the hallway, it worked. There is a nice dining area for breakfast. I sat there to use the internet. Breakfast is included, but I left before breakfast. "
