"This hotel was beautiful! We had a car, which made it easy to get to. There was a bus station at the bottom of the hill if you don't have a car. Stephanie, our hostess, was so nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The restaurant was closed for dinner the two nights we were there during the week. I would recommend this place if you want an excellent view of the ALPS."

"We loved our six night stay at Hotel Tshuggen and Grindelwald. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We had a room on the first floor with a balcony and a beautiful view out to Mt Eiger. It was a short walk to the train station which gave us access to most of the attractions and ski fields, and a short walk in the opposite direction to FirstBahn. "The staff at this location, along with the food at the cafe, make it my best hotel stay in my 7 days in Switzerland! Small and right next to Old Town it's a perfect spot for a quiet stay. "This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."
