"We always like to stay in Hampton Inn on our way to Florida or The Carolinas. The room is always clean. The night person had a terrible attitude. The morning person at checkout was uninformed and did not answer any of our questions. Like why did you charge me $25 for my support dog? She said we would have to call corporate. "

"I travel nonstop and have been all over the world. I can honestly say that only good thing about this property was the staff. I normally don’t comment on things being run down but this was next level run down. To the point that most places would have shut down to complete the type of repairs going on and even when they are done you need to do more. But the staff was so amazing I would actually come back. "I can't comment because we didn't stay there. Expedia was supposed to book us at a hotel in Emporia, KANSAS, NOT the Knight's Inn in Emporia, VIRGINIA. The hotel in Kansas that Expedia booked us at (and sent us a confirmation for at the Kansas location) had gone out of business, thereby necessitating us to book a hotel on our own in Emporia, Kansas.
