"convenience to univ of tn and dislike: the dead bolt did not work and i needed another blanket and could not get one. So, i slept in 2 prs of pjs with socks. linens were locked up and night clerk had no key. "

"Property does need a bit of updating. Staff was great. Had a handicap accessible shower, my wife said it needed cleaning and the curtain didn't keep the water from getting in the floor very well, probably due to the handheld not having a wall hook so it would hang. Hot tub only had 2 jets working & not very strong at that. But overall it was ok for a night"

"Older hotel with some upgrades. Pool small right by lobby. Clean. Hot water. Good breakfast selection. "

"The location is quiet and there is plenty of parking. The bed is comfortable with lots of pillows. My room had no art work on the walls, but it looks like there are hangers for art. My room could use a little more detailed cleaning and a coat of paint as there are scrapes and scratches on the walls and trim ."

"This is our third or fourth time staying here. Its decent for the price. A little dated but service is great. Room was not as clean this time as the other times we've stayed here. The shower shampoo and body wash bottles were empty. Breakfast is as expected, scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. Four stars because of the small issues with room. Nothing that would make me stop staying here. PS. We like to stay at the Drury inn next door but there price was higher than usual this...
