"The staff are very helpful and the property appears to have recently been refurbished. The breakfast is reasonable. It's a little way out of the centre but the underground station is nearby and the neighbourhood feels safe. The Internet is slow at times. We would happily stay here again should we return to Vienna. "This unit did not have an outside door key, but the telephone entry option is perfect (unless your phone is dead). I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key. The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient. The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna."

"The staff was good. In the washroom, there is no shampoo. The wifi connection was not good. There was no recharge point for Canadian mobiles and laptops. Because of this, we could not use our mobiles. At least they should have an adaptor in the future. "

"Communication and check-in was excellent and easy. The apartment was clean but furniture was basic, stove was missing trays, we only stayed overnight so this was not a big problem and I am sure they would have addressed this the next day as the help line was excellent. The area around the apartment is working class Vienna a playground with in 5min walking distance. "

"The hotel location is not a good and safe area. It is very difficult to find parking. There is no AC. Kitchen is small. Not enough amenity provided. We have to save the toilet paper for three night stay. One bedroom is extremely small. It is barely fit one double bed. Not space beside the bed."

"This building is in an industrial section. The air conditioning in the little box room was not working and even though it was promised to be fixed before evenibg it was not. There are steel shutters to keep it safe and the light out but meant there is no airflow with thw window open. The door was super heavy and secure. There is no reception, no food nearby and the beds were super soft with poor foam on top to try and rescue them. We stayed one night and found a new hotel for our next night,...
