"Excellent service, excellent staff and excellent room. I was approached by a man attempting to elicit money from me in the lobby. When I refused He asked me to help him and talk to him in the parking lot to see how hard up he was. When I turned to the front desk there was no one there to report it. Excellent facility and staff but you have some sketchy people getting access to your lobby. "

"Traveling alone for business and really like this hotel. Property is clean and well kept up. Located very close to train / tram access and can get anywhere quickly. Staff is super friendly and breakfast was pretty basic but totally acceptable. My room was big with full kitchen. Dining options are limited in the direct surroundings but no complaints because the best doner kepab place is 2 blocks away. Overall highly recommended for a business traveler or even solo vacation traveler. But with my wife I would probably stay closer to downtown Vienna. Enjoy!!!"
