"Stay was great. Service and staff was good. Hotel grounds was always clean and maintained. The beach was nice. Reserving dinners at the restaurants was not good. Always booked up and can only reserve a day at a time. We got very late reservations and could not get one of the restaurants at all. Food was good, but not the best. Overall good stay. Great for kids/family."

"This was a beautiful resort and clean. We had such a fun time! Now for the negatives: the food is horrible. Breakfast was decent and the ala cart restaurants were ok. The Mexican restaurant was by far the best. If you have dietary restrictions, this would not be a good choice. The daily activities were ONLY listed on their website so you will need to download the app if you want to know what’s going on day or night. Lastly, front check in / check out team was hit or miss. "This is our second year. And we’re already planning for a third year. Were there hiccups? You bet. But the staff handled it with extreme efficiency and care. And I have to give a specific shoutout to Adrian. He’s amazing and I’m glad he was there for us on both visits."

"Beautiful property! Unlike any other hotel. Modern, spacious rooms with beautiful patios surrounded by water, lovely and tranquil vibe. Friendly staff, super quick to refill mini bar amenities, get us beverages and foo and anything we wanted. Lovely stay!"

"This has always been a family favorite place and I always recommend it to all our friends. Love the convenience of a kitchen which most of the rooms have. All the staff are great but I’d like to give a special shout out to Angel who recognized my daughters as soon as they stepped out of the car even though he hadn’t seen them in 6 years. That made them feel very special. DrDoug"

"The property itself is gorgeous & my room is aesthetically so cool! I didn't mind the late night DJ because he was very good but the surrounding area overall was incredibly loud until super late (2-3am). I am also absolutely covered in mosquito bites from dining here. The pool offers no privacy and is tiny. The location is really convenient though & this place has great style."

"Beautiful grounds, amazing animals, and great service by the pool. The dinner at Acre is amazing. The noise however was really loud under our treehouse, a few men were doing construction, so it was disappointing since we were looking forward to a relaxing stay. I was nervous to take an outdoor shower under the men. We moved rooms and it was better but the front staff seemed annoyed with the request."
