"The staff was great. There were some tiles missing in the hallway and our floors had a few tears in it. The room was very clean other than that. Beds were very comfortable and a great hot shower."

"In town for a funeral and the staff were wonderful. Went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and tasteful ly decorated. Would recommend this hotel. "

"I loved my 4 day stay here. Very clean smelled very good and the beds were so very comfy clean sheets towels even the carpet was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. They keeped the food fully stocked at all times. The people that work there are so nice . They smile and make sure u are as comfy as can get. Thank u for the great stay. Definitely coming back if I ever need a room for the nite."

"My husband took me to Rockford for a concert. We didn’t spend much time in the room. It was very clean a bit outdated. The breakfast was nice. Overall for a quick stay it was nice. "

"Staff very friendly & attentive! Breakfast was delicious w/many options which changed by day. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate station was a wonderful treat w/many options & was always available which helped warm you up considering the cold weather outside!"
