"The property has its charms. The spa isn’t large, but the staff are great in particular, Hai and Trang . In terms of the front desk we are very grateful for the help we received from Quoc. The floors in our rooms weren’t very clean, nor were the floors on our entire floor, leading to our room and elevator. The staff in the restaurant are friendly. "Really great place regardless if you travel as couple, friends or family. The hotel looks brand new and had a lot of nice features even in the standard rooms. Very nice that the beach club/pool/restaurant was located 2 mins walk from the actual hotel, so the hotel is very quiet at night. Restaurants were very good, breakfast being served a la carte is a great plus. "We were first assigned to a villa that had faulty air con, faulty water heater, and leaking pipes. The hotel recovered by transferring us to another villa where some phones weren’t working and the pool lights were malfunctioning, which they sent some staff to fix. Nonetheless, it was a relatively good stay where we didn’t have to worry much and the night market was just a street away.
