"This is a no-frills option for easy access to Albany. Cleanliness left a little to be desired (some questionable stains on the walls; I saw one cockroach), but overall the worst of the reviews seem to paint it worse than reality. Bed was comfortable and clean, towels were clean, television channel selection was robust, and it was quiet as far as outside and inside noise. If I was looking for a budget option in the area, I'd stay here again. No complaints."

"This is my second stay at the Quality Inn. It is a very affordable, clean option in Schenectady with amenities such as full breakfast, pool, etc. The customer service was exceptional. Jenn at the Front Desk was helpful with providing all the pertinent hotel information and information about the surrounding area. She gave us a great restaurant recommendation. I would stay here again, as well as refer friends and family. "
