"This VRBO was excellent! We loved everything about it! There was plenty of space to sleep, lounge, and eat! We had a great time. The area was safe and walkable, we walked to dinner and drinks both nights we stayed. We will definitely be back!"

"The property lacked photos of all the rooms in the house. The space was very open and had some dirt and such from a recent remodel. The upstairs did not have working A/C and was very hot compared to the downstairs. There were some windows in the bedrooms that were breaking and not completely closing. The listing’s pictures do not disclose the true state of the vrbo. And the communication with check-in instructions were not provided until after the check-in time."

"Cute little nugget room with everything you need in one small space. Walking distance to the lakefront, oak leaf trail and coffee shops/restaurants. On a busy street with limited parking and outside of building was very dirty. Neighbors were smoking so much we had to put towel under the door to help keep the smell out. Floor was rotted out at end of the bed and hurts your foot if walking on it / very dangerous. Otherwise a nice little getaway for a great price. "

"I spent 15 nights while visiting family in the area. The location was perfect for what I was doing and where I was going. I had a parking space at my daughter’s building so I can’t comment on parking. I walked Broadway Street to and from Third Ward and downtown multiple times of day and night and always felt safe.
