"Excellent location within Guanajuato. The room itself was very spacious with a gorgeous view of the city from the balcony. There is no elevator, so carrying heavy suitcases up the stairs was a bit of a hassle. The staff is courteous and helped with tour reservations and to get taxis. There is no in room coffee service provided, and we were given two 350ml bottles of water, so it was a bit of a hassle having to go get coffee and water whenever we needed it. "We had such a wonderful stay here. It's a haven of peace with so many thoughtful touches throughout. We felt such deep relaxation here, and the staff was all attentive and friendly. We especially loved the sauna and plunge pool. Can't recommend highly enough."
