"This Hotel is excellent. It is modern clean and conveniently situated. The staff are exceptional. The receptionists, Elaine and Katerina are welcoming and do everything possible to be helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We had a superb buffet breakfast and were greeted warmly by Petro or Agiara every day. "The colleagues at this property and the sister hotel were amazing. Friendly and efficient. Great clean rooms. Autograph restaurant and buffet very good. Lovely walks along beach and easy to use public transport options. Good challenging walks from resort. End of season and all hotels and most bars starting to close."

"By far one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Pros: Location to the beautiful beach. We had a room with a great view of the water which is located just a 2 minute walk away. All meals are provided in a buffet style setting and provide a large amount of options. Cons: Everything other thing imaginable. Room is complete garbage - furniture very old and painted in a pepto bismol pink. Mattresses are horrid and lord only knows how many decades they have been using the pillows. They are...

"The reneiris hotel is on a hillside overlooking the beach. The view is spectacular and sitting in the balcony each evening was a great experience. BOOK A ROOM WITH A VIEW!! The rooms are modern and well presented. Breakfast is served in the pool bar and is varied and of Good quality. Pool area is nice, lots of parasols and pool was just right (1.6m max depth)"

The spa & pool area were wonderful, you really felt like you're on vacation with things such as a swim up bar, chairs on the beach and 2 pools to choose from. "The hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The beachfront was nice but rocky so bring water shoes. The pool is fantastic. Restaurant offered decent selection and the bar had a good selection too. "

"Our rooms and staff were amazing . The staff was super friendly . Our room was clean and renovated.The only area I would step up is the food for the a la carte restaurants. It was still a buffet and food was not good. Drinks were very syrupy and not good quality . "

"We stayed in Chania for our wedding anniversary at the Flair boutique in October. I can’t say enough about this hotel, staff, amenities and location. It is literally about a 3 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants and cafes. It’s about a 15 minute walk along the ocean to old town. The breakfast is amazing and the pool is heated with floor to ceiling windows of the ocean and unrestricted view of sunsets. All in all we would stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Malmo Historic Hotel was before a public library. It is a very nice building that was completely renovated inside. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is excellent"

"Cool hotel with great views. Top rating! Cozy place, by the sea. Cleanliness everywhere! In the rooms, in the restaurant, dishes, glasses! Bravo, guys! The food is varied and delicious! Thank you very much to the chefs and waiters and barwoman Maria. A wonderful manager of the restaurant. Special thanks to the receptionist Christina for her professionalism. Very attentive. "Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. If you have an ocean view suite, you can spend lots of happy hours on the balcony enjoying a book. Chania old town is also very close ."
