"They're remodeling, so it was a mess. The shower floor was extremely slippery because there were no strips laid down. We put a towel down to avoid falling. Shuttles don't run until 5am, and we needed to be at the airport at 3:30, so had to find alternate transportation. "

"I was very impressed with the young woman at the front desk when checking in. She showed the patience of a saint with the man checking in before me, maintaining a professional, bubbly attitude despite his sense of entitlement. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The property no longer has an airport shuttle service but is an easy 10-minute taxi from the airport."

"We got to the Hotel and checked in and the room they gave us the A/C wasn't working but they gave another room right away so we can have a nice and cool stay so I appreciate that they went the extra mile to give another room so i can enjoy my stay"

"it seems like nothing is really around it.. a Shipleys and a gas station that is too new.. that it didn't even have anything in it. but what I will say most the front desk ppl are nice. fast check-in.. clean room bed and towels.. I am not a fan of the location.. and the airport shuttle driver. I can not. maybe another person need to assist him.. his behavior is unexplainable truthfully. that driving is enough to make me scared!! I don't mind assisting people driving but then that means I am not...
