"The room was immaculately clean. Beds were very comfortable. It's a new property so that was expected. Location is very convenient to everything from grocery stores, mall, and several restaurants. As well as a stone's throw to RIC airport. I do wish that there was a breakfast included though. Also loved the kitchenette with full sized fridge. Overall, I would definitely book there again."

"Very pleased with our stay. The deluxe room was very nice. Wifi worked great , very hot water. They had a refrigerator, iron, coffee pot, couch and two TVs. Very roomy to spread out. Also the free breakfast was good with a wide range of food. Definitely will stay here again."

"Great customer service. The hotel was clean and in a very nice location. I would only suggest that you allow points for stays even when booked through a third party. Although I like the property, I won’t stay again because I sometimes book through a third party and I don’t get the credit for the stay. I will choose another hotel chain that will award points for the stay regardless of who reservation was booked through."
