"We did not get the room type we booked, because they overbooked the hotel. The front desk guy was nice enough to put us back in a 2 bed, but did not have the amenities we paid for. That was the only complaint. Otherwise nice hotel in good location. "

We couldn’t have picked a better location to stay. It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet considering the location to the arena and train station. The issue is parking. "Very convenient location, staff friendly, just stinks you have to pay for parking. "

"The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was included, and I enjoyed having both Cracker Barrel and Waffle House in walking distance. During the day, the area is walkable. After it gets dark, a car is necessary to go to Cracker Barrel. There is a shuttle to and from the airport and the hotel. I hope to return again!"

"The place was creepy it didn’t look anything like the pictures. I felt like I was staying in a bad neighborhood. I would hear arguments happening outside. There was no breakfast. On my second night my key wouldn’t work so I had to go back downstairs to get it fixed. I would hear beeping from somewhere all day and all night. "
