"The cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable place to relax after a long day of exploring Newport. Very close to restaurants and shopping but walking isn't really an option because the neighborhood leads to a busy road with no sidewalks. Very inexpensive uber ride just about anywhere though. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"A group of friends and I stayed at this property for a weekend and absolutely loved it! The access to the water is amazing, plus the sleeping accommodations are perfect for lots of people. "Overall, I will give this spot 4/5 only because it could use a little TLC but, it is all minor! The yard is super quant and cozy. My wife and I used this spot for our small elopement. We had just around 25 people at the ceremony, food was catered in. The spot was just the perfect size for an event like this! The beach is a 5 minute drive over. "

Had all toiletries and a loaded keurig coffee station Wasn’t a problem for us, but stairs were on the steep side if mobility is a concern. Keyless entry was great! "

The location was close to everything and Edward was incredibly responsive and helpful with local recommendations The house was very stocked with many extra items and made us feel right at home. "This is the perfect location with lots of space. My family and I were quite comfortable staying here. The only drawback is that the unit isn't the most child friendly as there is a steep spiral staircase we didn't know about until we got there. Additionally, for whoever stays in the room with the queen bed, privacy could be an issue as guests staying in the room with the king bed will need to pass through the room with the queen bed to get to the kitchen downstairs. "Let's start with the good. Convenient location for our son's wedding at Evergreen Farms, lots of space and parking, modern kitchen, working internet and modern TVs (that even allowed streaming from our phones). Easy interactions with both the manager and the owner. Now the not-so-good. First, the owner was supposed to meet us at check-in, but never showed up. We were given the lockbox code so we were able to get in without a problem, but no tour. The odd decor hits you immediately upon entry....
