"Fantastic hotel, quiet, had a room overlooking the loch. Lovely walks in the area. Hosts were amazing, Irene and Scott plus others. Food was brilliant. We met some lovely people and made new friends. It was quite perfect for our first break away at Christmastime. Hope to be back in 2025. A big thank you to all. Ian and Caroline"

"Frances was a delightful host. Very friendly and had lots of suggestions for places to visit. She was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. My room was the best. My bed was so comfortable and I slept like a baby. Can’t wait to return. Thank you Frances. I highly recommend Kip in the Kirk. "

"Very clean and well presented, excellent communication as situated on a one way street, lots of thoughtful touches. The apartment is a little dated, however very comfortable and I would recommend as it’s in the centre of Largs beside lots of facilities. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, no lift. However is very quiet "

"This property is well placed and easy to find. The accommodation is good - although some more attention to detail eg the condition and quantity of cutlery (fine if you are a group of 2 but bring friends in or have more in your party then there is a problem) There was only 1 tall class which we shared. A second oven proof/microwave dish would be useful too. Nevertheless we had a good stay."
