"The staff were really friendly and helpful, we arrived early and were allowed to drop our suitcase at reception whilst we went into town. We were also allowed to do an early check in which was really great. The bed was super comfortable, I did have to ask for extra pillows and toilet roll but this was provided promptly. "In beautiful location on banks of Loch Lomond. Really friendly staff, great food and large comfy room. There was live music in the bar which created a nice atmosphere. We had our golden retriever with us, staff were all dog friendly. "

"This hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff were nothing but helpful and went out of our way to make our honeymoon trip special. The room we had 'Lomand' was incredible and the four poster bed of my dreams. The claw bath was also a highlight and the room was clean and bright. "A great country inn. Exactly what I was looking for. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was treated to a local Scottish folk song jam session in the bar since I landed there on their regular meeting night. Very welcoming crowd. Great fun! It’s a country inn, not a hotel, but it’s perfect accommodations if you’re traveling by car. Close to Stirling Castle, Wallace monument and other sites of interest. "
