"The pool was great and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and even refilled the hot water reservoir for my children to have hot cocoa one afternoon."

"This was very expensive for what it was BUT we were there during peak tourist season. Everything was clean which is most important:) While there was A LOT of options for breakfast (and even snacks for the road) the only option for warm food was waffles. It would have been great to have some warm protein for breakfast. Overall it was a great stay."

"Great Little mid-century modern motor hotel. Check in was great, hot water was not available for my tea and I can’t use the coffee maker because it makes the tea taste like coffee. Everything else was fantastic in the bed. It was comfortable. The dinner suggestion was perfect."

"Our room was fine and the service was good. I found the breakfast a little more bare bones compared with other Hampton Inn. For example, apples were the only fruit and the yogurt selection was limited. But we managed to find enough to eat. "

"Probably the nicest place ive stayed in Canon City. That said theres not a lot of great options in that town, but everything was great. The hotel is older like everywhere else in town but pool was nice, room was clean and cool, bed was comfy. We had a room with door opening up to the pool and it was really nice. I didnt go to the bar or game room. Only downside was the free breakfast. Not so great, could have had some fruit or yogurt but other than that, decent place."

"Clean and super cute place! Love the retro theme. My only problem was that an outdoor security light shined through our window. The blinds aren’t dark enough and it lit up the whole room. If this is something that bothers you, as it does me, maybe ask for a room that a light doesn’t directly hit. "

"I liked the staff. He kept an eye on the property and us,but kept his distance. Hot tub needs to be updated. The pool was a little too cold even though it was so hot outside ,but we enjoyed it overall "
