"Check in was great. Dawn was friendly & went over everything in detail. Our only complaint was there was a window on our door & we had to improvise something to block the view into our room. We didn't eat breakfast but I went down to check it out & it had a selection for everyone. Employee was very friendly & took the time to show me everything. "

"I love everything about this place except for one of the front desk people is rude doesn't even understand English and I think that they need to work on when people leave their stuff on accident that they don't be throwing it away I think that's wrong or they're the only property that I've ever stayed at a hotel that gets rid of your stuff one lady I accidentally left my blanket and I called her and she saved it for me but there was a whole case of soup cup of soups that I left behind and they just said they threw it away which I doubt I think they probably kept it the housekeeping but it's not right because I think you should have at least 30 days to go back and pick it up before they dispose of it"

"Upon arrival we were told that our room had a water leak. They instead set us up with a room at the Loyal Duke which was fine but smaller than the Suite I had booked. With that said they gave us an additional room and we split our crew up. Absolutely satisfied with that result. Thanks again! "
