"The room was nice very clean. Comfortable beds. Didn't like the noise outside the room so early. Woke up up to some tanker truck outside the room running for about 30 minutes and garbage trucks way too early. On the bright side you could see the fireworks from our room even on the ground floor. Would definitely stay here again just maybe in a different part of the hotel "

Asked her to help navigate the app so we could get the shuttle. Still did not look up from her phone. Waited a bit. Asked how to pay for the shuttle. She simply told me to download the app. I am tech savvy and could not figure out much from the app. Probaby the worst front desk experience I've had. Amazing how unwilling she was not to...

"Would stay again. Family of 6: 2 adults, 4 kids. The room with the bunk was great. • right across the street from Disneyland • Hispanic valet guy was super nice & attentive • room was almost all clean, there was still trash on the side of the top bunk bed from previous guests • bed was comfortable • towels are rough but if that’s a problem, just bring your own • we really only slept here so I don’t really care to nit pick every detail. It worked and we enjoyed it. "

"Extremely close to Disneyland and convention centre, which I was able to come out and rest for both during the middle of the day. There's a free firework viewing deck, which is really sweet. Cleaning everyday, spacious room, standard is two queens. Only pity is the sound isolation is quite bad, you can hear next doors/footsteps very clearly. So, bring eyemask and earplugs if you got them!"
