"The Seaview Cottage was everything I hoped it would be! The neighborhood was nice. You can see the ocean from the patio! It is a short walk down to the ocean! You could hear the seagulls, It was peaceful! We were late getting there after we called. It was raining hard and we were delayed because of traffic. Richard, the owner, was so pleasant and welcoming when we arrived! He showed us around and gave us helpful tips. He said what is the most important thing you need to do? My husband said have fun. He laughed and said, right! Have fun! The house has everything you need. You only have to bring food and clothes. We were told about Bellhopt. We did use the Bellhopt service. You go on line to their site and order your groceries and pay on line. They will deliver your groceries and put them away before you arrive! I loved it! Bellhopt Concierge made sure it was perfect! Luxurious! There were 2 bikes in the garage and Richard told us he has a shop, we could rent more bikes or beach boards etc. they would deliver them and pick them up. We didn’t get a chance to do that because the first day it rained. The rain did not stop us from having FUN! We could see the rain through the big French doors! We played board games that my grown kids brought. The visit was about spending time with them. They took us to Bandera to eat. It was two blocks away. I highly recommend it!! They stayed one night. The next day was Valentines Day. Flowers, pink champagne, watching the sunset! "

"I found the property to be very comfortable for my month long get away. I was working remotely during my stay and the wifi worked without a problem. Balboa Island is lovely and very walkable. I was able to walk around the Island to shopping and restaurants. I took the Ferry to the Balboa peninsula to walk on the beach and watch the sunset."
