"This is a lovely boutique hotel in a great walkable location in La Condesa. Breakfast was wonderful, with attentive and friendly servers. The bathroom was quite small, with terrible lighting. It was not as "luxe" as several other boutique hotels that we visited once we were there, but it served it's purpose for our visit quite well. "

"Liked - the aesthetic is beautiful. Room is spacious and well laid out. Towels and robes are fluffy. Wifi worked well. Breakfast (pastries from Rosetta Panaderia!) was well prepared. Staff was friendly. Location - for us, anyway - was ideal. Didn't care for - the surprise $40/night service charge for...no idea on arrival. As breakfast and wifi are included and there are no spa/sauna/fitness center on site, its unclear what you're paying for. Wasn't explained by Expedia or the hotel in advance...

"Our stay at Casona was fantastic. The interior design is beautiful and so stylish from the artwork to the rooms, everything was chosen with care. I love design and enjoyed all of the little details. Make sure to visit the gorgeous coffee/matcha shop. The neighborhood and location are great and very walkable. What puts this place over the top though, is the staff. Communication was flawless and each person we interacted with was so warm and helpful. A huge shoutout to Ricardo and Chico for going...
