We enjoyed our stay. The service was great. I do believe that the place needs more attention at the pool area. The food items sit out under the heat. Drinks get warm and I don’t think for food safety

Xoma was a nice property. Our room was really nice. The service from the front desk people was less than desirable. We felt that the lady in the evenings didn’t want to really talk to us and seemed distracted on her phone calls. The man in the morning wasn’t pleasant. So the place was good and the people working in and around the hotel but not the front desk folks. Thanks

Everything is amazing. I have stayed many times and I love it. Any Viadora properties are amazing. But I don’t appreciate having staff that is not Mexican. Mexico has the best service ever, other nationalities have an edge and are not as helpful and friendly.

Xoma is perfectly located in Roma Norte, restaurants and shops are all walkable and getting Ubers to travel around the neighborhood areas was easy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

Can't say enough good things about this property. It's worth it to spend the extra bucks to stay here while in Mexico City. The hotel itself is very modern, clean, safe, and quiet (thick walls!). The neighborhood is very walkable - everything you could want is a short distance away, from food to coffee to groceries. The gym is very nice and we had it to ourselves every time. The street its on is not very busy so its a good spot to call an Uber. It's a perfect central hub for exploring Mexico City.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the center of Roma Norte CDMX. We stayed on the top floor with an incredible view of the city. The room was equipped with a kitchen, living room, gorgeous balcony and a huge bathroom. Total luxury!!! The staff was very friendly and professional. We were close to restaurants and cafe. Overall excellent experience. You will love this hotel!!

Best hotel experience ever
This was truly one of the best experiences we have had at a hotel. The property was stunning. The room was out of this world. And the staff and service were some of the best we’ve experienced from our travels around the world. I cannot speak more highly of this property and its staff.
