Everything is amazing. I have stayed many times and I love it. Any Viadora properties are amazing. But I don’t appreciate having staff that is not Mexican. Mexico has the best service ever, other nationalities have an edge and are not as helpful and friendly.

What a beautiful hotel and even though we only stayed for one night the stay was flawless. They held our luggage for us and the room was amazing we especially loved the tub and the bed was very comfortable.

Xoma is perfectly located in Roma Norte, restaurants and shops are all walkable and getting Ubers to travel around the neighborhood areas was easy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

Can't say enough good things about this property. It's worth it to spend the extra bucks to stay here while in Mexico City. The hotel itself is very modern, clean, safe, and quiet (thick walls!). The neighborhood is very walkable - everything you could want is a short distance away, from food to coffee to groceries. The gym is very nice and we had it to ourselves every time. The street its on is not very busy so its a good spot to call an Uber. It's a perfect central hub for exploring Mexico City.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the center of Roma Norte CDMX. We stayed on the top floor with an incredible view of the city. The room was equipped with a kitchen, living room, gorgeous balcony and a huge bathroom. Total luxury!!! The staff was very friendly and professional. We were close to restaurants and cafe. Overall excellent experience. You will love this hotel!!

We recently stayed at Xoma in Roma Norte with my family of five, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service, making us feel incredibly welcome and attended to. The space itself was spacious and exceeded all our expectations, comfortably accommodating our entire family. The attention to detail, combined with the convenient location, made our stay absolutely perfect. Xoma in Roma Norte is truly a gem, and we look forward to returning!

Was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel!! Did not know what to expect as i was not familiar with this brand. We paid half price of what other chain luxury hotels were priced at for the same nights and got a huge 2 bedroom appartment with outdoor patio/balcony instead of a tiny room! It was quet, clean and very spacious. Bedding was comfortable, plenty of closets. 2 bathrooms made getting ready a lot more convenient too. Kitchen was fully staffed. Perfect location - walkable to all dining and entertainment!
