Just within the check in time the builder/ owner turned up and said the booking was cancelled by the supplier and we would be refunded. He was callous and unapologetic. There are a few fixes needed in that the bedside shelf was hanging off on one side and the patio doors didn’t close fully but the value for money is great. The staff really can’t do enough here or at James beach shack. Will definitely be returning "
