"It was aamazing stay. The staff were hospitable right from the word go. The moment we reached we were welcomed by Alisa and her colleague and they went through a well run check in service. "Lovely place, great service, only not so good thing I have to say is it was quite expensive to eat and drink there and the taxi service they use is a rip-off. In example I got a taxi from the hotel to Gopa airport in North Goa about 1 hour and 15 minutes, I paid 3000 INR in a local taxi, but the hotel taxi was 6000 INR. Nevertheless a lovely hotel with impeccable service."

"The resort is beautiful. Was so nice to relax and use the pool and room service. The music outside the room however played all day and into the night - it was loud and repetitive lift music that did not aid in relaxation. The spa was amazing! Reception tried to charge us 2500 rupees for a taxi to the airport, when the standard is 1200 rupees. "

"Unfortunately when we arrived no one seemed to be expecting us and there was confusion and a lack of communication. The room wasn’t ready and although made up quickly there were things missing requiring several calls to housekeeping. The hotel is lovely on a gorgeous sandy beach and the gardens are beautifully kept. Breakfast was good. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as there are some excellent places to eat nearby. Overall I’d give the hotel an 8/10"
