"This really was a Soul Sanctuary. The property itself is amazing. It’s a nature’s paradise with lush greenery and pops of color. The beach area is spotless and inviting on a blistering day. The villas were immaculately maintained and very comfortable. The staff at the St Regis were absolutely amazing. They were attentive, polite and fun to converse with. The food was delicious and fresh. The activities and spa was also great. I highly recommend the St Regis if you are planning a trip to Goa."

"It was aamazing stay. The staff were hospitable right from the word go. The moment we reached we were welcomed by Alisa and her colleague and they went through a well run check in service. Food was excellent and on our day one we were welcomed by Aftab introduced us to Tempora , a traditional Goan cuisine restaurant in the village square. "Property is in a beautiful area and has a beautiful pool area and three very good restaurants. I did have issues with the cleaning service in the room and a foul smell that gets worse in the afternoon. This is a 4 star property and they need to give attention to the sewage issues- instead of just putting diffuser as a temporary fix. Staff were all attentive and service was outstanding. "

"Lovely place, great service, only not so good thing I have to say is it was quite expensive to eat and drink there and the taxi service they use is a rip-off. In example I got a taxi from the hotel to Gopa airport in North Goa about 1 hour and 15 minutes, I paid 3000 INR in a local taxi, but the hotel taxi was 6000 INR. Nevertheless a lovely hotel with impeccable service."

"Lovely stay here, however a few issues regarding taxis. Thankfully we rang when arriving at Mumbai airport or else we wouldn’t have had a taxi when arriving at Goa airport which we had booked. Always able to get a sun lounger around the pool/beach area. Rooms were slightly noisy with guests shouting up the stairs to other guests at 2am two nights in a row and also random calls to our room phone. Good choice of day trips, however you need to use THEIR drivers which sit outside of the hotel...

"The resort is beautiful. Was so nice to relax and use the pool and room service. The music outside the room however played all day and into the night - it was loud and repetitive lift music that did not aid in relaxation. The spa was amazing! Reception tried to charge us 2500 rupees for a taxi to the airport, when the standard is 1200 rupees. "

"Unfortunately when we arrived no one seemed to be expecting us and there was confusion and a lack of communication. The room wasn’t ready and although made up quickly there were things missing requiring several calls to housekeeping. The hotel is lovely on a gorgeous sandy beach and the gardens are beautifully kept. Breakfast was good. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as there are some excellent places to eat nearby. Overall I’d give the hotel an 8/10"
