"Budget friendly hotel. Staff are very kind. Free drinking water provided. Yes the blanket is a sheet but it is pretty warm in Cebu, that's all the coverage I needed and I slept great! It's quiet and comfortable."

The bed was next to a window where you could hear people outside and every car or motorbike that passed by. I asked to change the room and she said there was nothing else available. You could clearly see there were other beds and rooms available. Not one picture showed that there was a window next to a bed. I would steer clear of this place."
