"Awful check in . You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. Took half an hour for them to find the key , I had messaged the place twice for check in help .they didn't answer "

I think it’s important to note that the only access to the room with the bubble are spiral stairs, not horrible but not also the best. I had the idea that this would be a “bed in breakfast” but because the room could only be accessed by the spiral stairs, the breakfast could not be brought up to the room. "Great place for a couple of days at the beach. The complex is a little tired and needs a refresher. The parking lot is in bad shape and needs assigned spaces. It seems like people who are not authorized use this complex to access the beach. The restaurant at the property is top notch and should not be missed. "
