The only things I would say that differs from most 5 stars we have stayed is your luggage being taken to your room for you. Really small detail but is a above and beyond service you expect from 5 star"

"On arrival, everyone was very much wowed by the beauty, size and facilities on offer for our stay.Amar was available all day to take our messages and enabled us to check in slightly earlier than planned. He made a thorough run through of the villa and facilities. Even though my Spanish is only just better than average, we made use of google translate and all my questions were answered.The only thing that was missing were pool towels with it being an April booking, but with a simple text, a box of clean towels were provided immediately and we braved the cold water!Days were spent on the table tenis table, on the tenis courts and the nights upstairs playing plenty of pool.The stay was not without hiccups, however, when a fuse went on the outdoor kitchen, leaving us with no hot water. Amar was on hand to again immediately sort out the issue. Perfect service throughout.The rooms were spacious, clean and nearly all had en suite facilities.The villa itself was so big that even as a large group of 16, we had masses of space and privacy if we needed.Close to Benidorm, we all had hired cars and ventured in most days. Only a 20 min drive and ease of parking, it was an ideal location for us. We wanted the resort but also wanted the quiet and scenery of the mountains. The vue from the villa was amazing. The local village of Polop lit up at night, the sea in the distance and the mountains!! Amazing.I cannot rate the villa highly enough and will definitely return."

"Amazing find. Set slightly out of town this picturesque haven of a hotel was a beautiful stop off destination to explore Altea. Staff were very friendly and the pool area was beautifully secluded and tranquil. Rooms were spotless, comfortable and really well proportioned. Breakfast was simple yet catered for every taste, can not fault this hotel in any way and cannot wait to come back in the summer. "

"The Altea Sol apartment at Cap Negret is a perfect quiet location. You have facilities at the hotel to use which is very close plus a very good supermarket and bar in walking distance.Although there isn’t a balcony you are over looking the sea and practically on the beach.To walk into Altea takes 20 minutes."
