"Taking into account this was officially a 2 star hotel id say it was excellent for it's category and could well grade higher. It was basic but had an excellent shower which some 4 stars struggle with. It was clean, excellent location a few steps from the old town yet little outside noise. Sea view was worth every penny. Room had TV, hairdryer inside. Clean and very friendly reception staff. "

"It was a delightful stay, apartment/room came complete with a fully equipped kitchen; refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and more. It felt like a cozy home away from home. However, the balcony terraces are not particularly private unless you’re staying on the highest floor. The only downside was that one of the central heating radiators was constantly on full blast, and there was no way to turn it down or off. It was quite hot for us, especially since we’re from the UK, but overall, it was a fantastic place. The staff was very helpful, and room service was only available once during our nine-day stay."

"Nice staff, super clean apart hotel the 2 penthouse apartment was spacious, there were 3 shower rooms,the room terrace is huge, nice beds, it was a really lovely apartment. We liked the location,there is a very good supermarket very close, the walk to villajosa beach is an easy 10 to 15 minute walk, there are plenty of places to get and drink along the sea front and the beach is nice. We had a wonderful 6 days "

"I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa is . Prices were on display which appeared expensive Entertainment was missing but out of season and we wanted a peaceful holiday. Public bus and taxi to the Old Town cheap. A few miles out or an hour walk. Beautiful and clean beaches and promenade Hot Food as other reviews tends not to be. But there is plenty of choice and plentiful. Especially breakfast was very good. "

"The Hotel La Estacion was ideal for our trip. We had a nice large room which was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and evening meal were very good. Service in the bar was good. Reception staff were helpful. The hotel was convenient for walking into Benidorm town."
