"La reserva se realizo a traves de la aplicacion ( se pago conn dinero que la aplicacion te da por antiguas reservas y nosotros pagamos la diferencia por una noche) y cuando llegamos al hotel ellos dijeron que no han recibido el monto total y que no nos hacen valido la reserva. Nos dieron el paso a otro hotel que administran ellos tambien y tuvimos que pagar la diferencia ya que por feriado no teniamos otra opcion todo estaba ocupado.
