"I booked this property solely based on being able to have private and EASY access to the beach. I was also told that everything was within walking distance again not true. The owner himself gave me this information. Once I got there I found that not only did I have to walk about 3 New York City blocks to the beach but I also needed to take cabs everywhere because nothing was close by. NOTHING. There was an EMPTY house that had a pool but that was off limits to all accept the renters of that...

"Comunicación fue excelente, muy atenta, quizás el único inconveniente es que vinimos en época de lluvia, y como VIP amenities, estábamos supuestos a recibir parqueo, desafortunadamente el parqueo no fue en el edificio, y movernos con tanta lluvia y tantas maletas pues si fue un inconveniente. Aparte de eso no hay absolutamente quejas, la locación fue perfecta. Muchas gracias."

"My experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Guayaquil was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was even welcomed with one of their signature warm chocolate chip cookies a small detail that sets the tone for a great stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and elegantly furnished, with a comfortable bed, modern amenities, and excellent air conditioning perfect for the Guayaquil climate. I also appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which made working remotely a breeze"
