"Very accommodating. Our flight arrived at 11 PM and we didn't get to the hotel until nearly 1 the next morning. They checked us in without issue. They also allowed us to buy one more night when we decided that we needed a little more time. The floor was very dirty. Like most people in Laos, they don't know how to properly clean a floor. The window leaked when it rained, so the hall floor was wet. "

"I had high hopes for this place since the photos looked so nice. But soon became disappointed. I got a single room and the bed was truly awful. I felt I was sleeping on a box spring or something even worse. When I walked in there was hair all over the pillows and the towel they gave me was dirty and brown.
