Really helpful staff, lovely restaurant with good food and drink options. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that but very walkable location with many breakfast cafes dining options and bars nearby.

Wonderful helpful staff. Very noisy outside my room. There is a restaurant outside and I heard people laughing and carrying on till late. Staff was helpful and moved me to another floor where it was nice and quiet. Avoid the 2nd floor.

Le Charme is exceptionally well run. Plumbing and electrical, bedding and furniture, service and food were all international quality. On Expedia the hotels in this part of the world tend to all look good so it is difficult to see the details. Fantastic location. Good price too. Highly recommend.

Le Charme is a handy hotel. It is not too large, not too small. Guests are wonderful. Staff of the hotel is also excellent. Only problem I found is that hot water is not well facilitated, and so it takes a long time to take a hot water shower.

Its a good hotel as always.. Well run and clean. But things have gotten a lot more expensive in Vientiane these days. The price for a Superior room seems about double from a year ago. I learned it is not worthwhile to get a standard room. Small and no balcony. Always get the superior room with balcony if the price works for you. The pool is quite large and pleasant and the fitness room is decent. Love the location.

Great location, and nice staff. Had window in the room, but it was basically covered. For being a rather high class hotel, it would have been nice with soap for the room, and the time set correctly on the clock etc. Bit noisy at night
