"The room was clean and comfortable with good ac, and the staff youthful and enthusiastic but with limited English. However it took an effort to get the tv working and there was no hot water in the morning due to a staff oversight! The bathroom needs more places to keep soap and shampoo, and the shower water goes everywhere, but there was a cute selection of travel toiletries. "Hotel is new and clean, but we had to ask staff for hot water multiple times and towels weren’t provided. Recommend staff to keep mosquito repellent/ bug control mechanisms. Also suggest firmer pillows- woke up with neck pain."
