"Friendly staff, they helped us organise a taxi to Palenque at very short notice as another taxi company had let us down. Also very supportive when I told them my partner was ill. The breakfast is great if you like eggs and/or meat, sadly I don't eat either so the options were very limited. Great presentation of food though. Easy walking distance into town and felt safe "

Un ambiente muy tranquilo, privado y seguro, lo mejor es que está a 2 calles de la zona centro. Restaurantes con gastronomía italiana al lado del restaurante muy rico!!"

"I got a last minute booking for a night at this hotel. The walls where thin. The bed was made nicely. But the toilet hadn’t even been flushed. It was very loud. I asked for shuttle service to the airport at 5am. I did receive a wake up call, but not until 5. The shuttle never showed and I had to take a taxi. The man working the front desk was clueless and tried to recharge me for the room. This will be my one and only stay. "

"There was no hot water... way too cold to take a shower at 8am. Hotel said maybe the pilot light burned out, but they didn't offer to relight the water heater. There was no coffee in the restaurant. Room with balcony we booked had no balcony so they offered us an upgrade for 400 pesos for a room that I had already paid for. Very noisy hotel with paper thin doors. Seriously disappointing."

"Es un lugar muy bonito, cuenta con estacionamientos cerca y propio por aparte, está cerca del centro Histórico caminando, y en carro ni se diga, es un lugar limpio y cálido, con muchas amenidades, como café, sartenes, utensilios de cocina, aceite, jabón lava trastes, jabón de baño, dan frazadas, cuenta con terraza, es muy recomendable para pasar distraerse un rato con la pareja.
