"My stay at this hotel was overall pretty good. The only issue besides the room being a bit dated was the hot water pressure. At times the water would not come on at all. I reported the issue to the Manager, Emily, at the front desk and she was aware of the issue that was being addressed. Additionally, for my inconvenience, Emily agreed to refund 20% of my total charges for my 9-day stay! This was fair and I would definitely stay here on future trips to my hometown! "

"The front desk person was helpful. I had booked two nights, and tried to cancel the second night (@7:30... Didn't realize the cancellation time was by 7). I kept getting notes from hotels.com that they were trying to cancel. BECAUSE I was paying at the hotel, the desk clerk just charged me for the one night. Hotels.com said they were never able to get the hotel to drop the night, so I'm not sure where that fell through, but I am grateful they only charged me for one night. Everything about...
