Cookies at the desk in the evening is a nice touch. We did get stuck in the elevator but they had us out of there quickly. We had just left breakfast so were on the ground floor with the check in desk is literally right around the corner. A quick phone call and a couple of minutes later we were out. That being said, we were very impressed with the The customer service provided by the staff, highly respectful and polite, the breakfast was neat and well set up every morning, our room was in excellent remodeled condition fitted with a nice large lcd smart tv including all the apps, and all of this comes at an affordable rate. Therefore we deem this an over all great stay!"
