"My wife and I had a most quiet and tranquil stay here. The unit was cozy, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. There were several thoughtful touches that made us feel welcomed. We understand a concern is whether the owners upstairs can be heard; we hardly ever heard them during our stay. "The staff was incredible. I had a couple of minor issues but they were all addressed promptly. I accidentally left a personal item behind and they went above and beyond to make sure it was returned. Looking forward to staying again. The only downside was the elevator noise, but that's not a deal breaker. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were clean and the kids loved it. "
