"Andres is going a great job managing the property. Everything was great. Clean rooms, clean grounds, the only issue was the cable having a weak signal which of course is out of the hotel’s control. I brought to the the GM’s attention and he handled it very professionally and to my satisfaction. I would definitely be back again, the rooms are remodeled and for the price, and location, honestly it can’t really be beat! "

"the bed was not the "usual' level of comfort at hampton inn. and the parking lot had some homelessness activity. makes me uncomfortable to see humans in despair digging through other people's belongings packed in the back of their parked truck. reported it to the front desk. "

"Location was close to the 101, so it was easy to get around. Cute stores and restaurants close by including Chandler Fashion Square Mall. Rooms were clean and well stocked with supplies. Employees were very polite and friendly. Area outside to visit was just o.k. but it worked for us."

"The price was way too high for a hotel in Chandler. It made us critical of the maintenance that had not been done. Lights burnt out, we needed the front desk to get the TV on. The people working there are very nice and accommodating. It’s not there fault the prices in the area have gone nuts. We get ocean front condos in Hawaii for just a bit more than we paid at this place for a time hotel room."

"There was a system error so we had to wait a while for the office staff to righted it out. It was figured out and the front desk extended our check for 2 hours. It did make a difference because we didn’t get into our room until close to midnight after a 10 hour drive from out of state. We were able to rest in the morning and didn’t have to rush out. They definitely made it up to us and accommodated fs. "

"Our family all come to Arizona for a vacation and to see family in the area! Our stay was wonderful! Plenty of room, super clean, lots of parking and the back yard was amazing! We loved it!! "
