"I missed breakfast and the woman was sweet enough to let me grab something. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was not working and the door latch was loose. I tightened it with my key card so I would feel safe. The front desk gentleman was going to bring a screwdriver but must have forgotten. "Stayed one night, in town for personal business. Room was nice, bed a little hard. Air conditioning quiet, same for hallways. No noise problems from adjoining rooms either. Dining choices are all in casino, food was good, but there was a lot of noise from the action on casino floor. Would have preferred one restaurant located somewhere else on property. Overall perceptions were good, have been back to this property several times and would do so again."

"We booked the Star house for a last minute trip. It has all of the Taos charm and a great layout. It is right on Kit Carson but it is super private and even had covered parking for us. The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. I will definitely stay here again. "
