"Really good place to stay if you are a single person or a couple. Would want to be here with my children. Too much glass and buttons. The room lights kept switching on constantly between 1 am and 4 am. Told the front desk but didn't get anything back other than we'll check later. "

"This is not a 5-star hotel and the rooms are small, but we wanted to see London and didn't plan to lounge around in a hotel room. The staff was outstanding, friendly and went over the top to accommodate us and answer questions about the area and London in general. The room was clean, everything in working order, and the bed was comfortable. It's within walking distance to the Metro, a grocery store, and many restaurants. If we were to travel again to London, we would stay here again."

"The beds were comfortable, with everyone having their own storage space, as well as small shelf next to the beds. While it didnt bother me, there is an attached bar, and can get pretth loud. Transportation was easy to get to, and right next to borough market."

I stayed in a single room on the ground floor which was clean and had everything you would expect considering the price of the room (kettle, tea, coffee, towels, USB sockets, electric heater etc). The room was warm enough but, more compact than i expected and getting ready (hair, make-up etc) without a dressing...
