"They were able to check me in early. However, something was wrong with the AC and heat in my room. The air conditioning unit on the wall would not turn off. It was freezing cold in my room. They had to change my room and that one you can only control the heat and AC on the wall I had to keep on adjusting get to try to either cool the room down or make the room warmer. they had no bottle of water so I had to get the water out of the machine in the exercise room and get some ice.
