"We arrived a day earlier than our booking and we were accommodated in the upstairs room (with ensuite added) in original old wooden at the back of the garden. It was lovely to be separate from the main hotel building and the charming manageress said we could stay on up there if we wanted for the rest of our stay. "There was a problem but the solution was good"

"We arrived at the hotel hot and tired. to find it was closed. We had no prior warning, only a notice on the door giving a telephone number. We called this number and were diverted to another hotel, the Beausejour, ten minutes walk away. The room here was shabby with no wifi and no breakfast available."

"Nice setting on the Seine estuary with the chance to sit in the garden and watch barges taking goods to and form the port. The hotel is almost directly under the major structure of the towering Tancarville road bridge however, which for some may make it a bit noisy, although our sleep was not unduly disturbed. Good value for money set menus in the restaurant. Hotel could use some sprucing up on the outside as it is starting to look a bit shabby."
