"The apartment is beautiful and well equipped for sleeping. We however, booked the apartment with the expectation of being able to use the advertised fully equipped kitchen to cook enjoyable dinners together with our friends who where travelling with us, as we were travelling with children. The Property Managers only sent us payment details on the day we were checking in, and our mobile devices wouldn't let us pay over data (in the middle of the Channel!).
