"The property is great ans the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was turned off because of the "season" and as a result the room was pretty warm. The staff gave me a fan but that was not enough. They shiuld consider that the winter season here is still pretty warm and some of us are not used to our rooms being that warm at night. Otherwise, this is a great, affordable place to stay."

The room was quite small and didn't have the boasted balcony but was perfectly adequate for my needs. There was a fair bit of light from the street that the curtains couldn't shut out and noise both from clients downstairs in the bar until quite late and heavy lorries stopping and starting in the street in the early hours that impinged on my night's sleep. "Very family friendly, Metro a few blocks away. 4 stops and your in downtown Madrid. Very convenient, Breakfast buffet, reasonable. Common area with vending and staff on duty, where you can get a hotdog and nachos. Clean, friendly."

"Basic hotel not too far from city center. A little noisy as it is right next to the highway but it is clean, has friendly staff, free parking and bites to eat if needed. Shower, air conditioning, small tv, no refrigerator in room. Decent WiFi connection. For the price, I would consider staying here again."
