"Great place to stay…fantastic location, just round the corner from St Mark’s Square. Lovely breakfast, good selection of hot and cold food. Room was very comfortable, clean and great condition - upgraded from classic double. Staff all friendly and super helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if back in Venice."

"A great hotel! The staff were great. We just loved the hotel and spent most of our time in the bar lobby and on our balcony. We have seen Venice a number of times and Hotel Danieli is close everything. The ambience is unlike any hotel. A must stay!"

"Hotel staff were very attentive and friendly. Room was spacious with an almost opulent feel. Shower could use some pressure. Stayed an additional night and it was no trouble! Also close far enough out of the tourist main area with restaurants with reasonable prices, but close enough to head down to the square, the Rialto and more."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful, but getting around for sightseeing was quite challenging. The water taxi fare from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport was 220 euros. Although the hotel offers a shuttle service, it only goes to San Marco Square, so reaching other tourist attractions requires taking a public water taxi, which consumes a lot of time."

"This property does what it’s designed to do. It’s not a luxury hotel, but as a stopover between a train and a bus to the mountains, its location works nicely. It’s also very convenient for a quick ride into Venice. I will stay again. "
