"The staff are awesome! We stayed for a week and had a great time. Staff was super helpful with anything we needed. The area can seem a bit interesting but honestly it was totally fine. We had no issues. Transportation, shopping and dining options were literally a 5 minute walk away. The property was very clean and the rooms were cleaned daily. We plan on going back to Milan soon and will be staying here again. "

The area around it is super nice, the staff is super friendly! My only "bad" experience is when I walked bare foot in my room, I can feel the room not being the most clean, but it's a minor thing for me"
